picked up this neon cutie at the HOBO showroom in the mart downtown. during certain shows they sell the samples from previous seasons so i got this guy at a good price. though it looks small in stature it actually holds quite a bit, but what really had me was the BRIGHT color!
today the BF and i are celebrating his 25th birthday, have a good Tuesday!

black/white: Miss B, gold: Macy's
while getting my standard trim i decided it was time for a mini change. after having spent the weekend at my folk's lake house for the 4th i got a little color on my casper skin (for real!) and thought the touch of lightness would give me a sun-kissed glow all over. regardless of whether my plan worked or not, i really do love my "baby ombre"!
[Taylor of Chop//Shop always snaps a mini polaroid of her clients post-CHOP]
thanks again, Chop//Shop!
hope you're having a good Monday!

although i didn't know who this Gillian Zinser character was i sure do love her style, decor, and diy'd artwork. Elle & The Coveteur beautifully captured the 90210 star's most treasured belongings-including some deluxe hats and hilarious artwork.
(yes, i had to look up her claim to fame, i don't own a TV nor do i watch such shows!)

hope everyone's chuggin along the work week!

two new pieces here:
the shorts i picked up at UO recently when on a search for comfy bottoms, and what a success-the print is everything this mix-n-matching girl could ask for! also the picnic basket that doubles as a cooler is new and it's already come in handy with this weekend's Alabama road trip!

officially feeling like its Summer with 100 degree temperatures, bbqs, fireworks and lake floatage-

Glastonbury is undoubtedly a fashion swoon-worthy event despite the rain and mud festival goers must deal with and these year's batch of 'street' snaps does not disappoint! mr. newton trekked through the muck to capture amazing lace dresses, flower crowns, vintage garb and the best muddied wellies these eyes have seen-thanks dude! enjoy the inspiration before the start of your holiday weekend,
